A Guide to CBD Dosing

Generally speaking, someone who is heavier will need to consume more CBD, than a lighter person. Someone who is experiencing chronic pain, or debilitating anxiety would need to take a higher dose, than someone experiencing milder symptoms. We recommend starting slow and working your way up to find your “sweet spot.” A good starting dose is 10-25 mg of CBD, taken 1-3 times daily. Gradually increase the dose by 15-25 mg every week until full benefit is recognized. Consistency is important. Try to take the same amount at the same time daily. How to Use CBD Oil
